Today I felt pretty darn good with Level 2. I think I'm going to do 2 more days of Level 2, and then move on to the dreaded Level 3. I also am using my 5-lbs weights through the whole 20 minutes, with one exception....those V-raises....those suckers are hard!! I still haver to use my 2-lbs for those.
P.S. Have you all ever tried Fresh&Easy's Power House Protein Drink?? Sooo yummy. I drink it after my 20 min Shred. Its a total of 420 calories, but its packed with good stuff and taste delicious!!
